Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer (Dutch-based)
Location: Netherlands (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite)
Type: Permanent, Full-time

Develop & Enhance Microsoft Business Central Apps
- Build reliable, scalable AL extensions and contribute to both core features and new, intelligent enhancements.
- Improve a well-known BC-based solution used across the fashion/retail industry.
Drive Product Improvement
- Work alongside product managers and consultants to translate real business requirements into smart, user-focused functionality.
- Support the shift towards more modern, AI‑supported product experiences.
Support Implementation Partners
- Provide guidance across key BC modules including Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Production.
- Help maintain high-quality standards for the wider partner ecosystem.
Required:
- 5+ years as a Business Central Developer using AL
- Strong understanding of ERP processes
- Based in the Netherlands, able to work hybrid (2–3 days onsite)
- Dutch-speaking, with comfortable English for internal and cross‑border communication
- Proactive, curious, open to challenging old ways of working.
- Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills.
- Excited by both stabilising core products and building new features.
Preferred:
- Experience in the fashion, retail, or manufacturing domains
- Background with ISVs or product development teams
- Interest in process improvement, innovation, and building modern BC applications
